We are versatile: we can easily divide our Grand Ballroom into the Cypress Ballroom and the Magnolia Ballroom. These spaces are each 10,800 square feet. The perfect fit for events needing to accommodate up to 800 attendees in a theater style seating, or 450 at round tables.


If more breakout space is required, the Magnolia Ballroom can actually be divided again to create two additional smaller ballroom areas. The Lakeview Ballroom and Outdoor Patio are attached to Magnolia Ballroom and available to accommodate even more guests.

As a preferred meeting venue, Bayou City Event Center has the most current, state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. A/V equipment includes:

Built-in, 6500 lumen projectors with 18 X 14 foot projector screens

Wireless microphones and an in-house audio system

Podiums and staging
