The Bayou City Event Center offers the Grand Ballroom, Houston’s most impressive event space. Coming in at breathtaking 21,600 square feet, it is perfect for events needing to accommodate up to 2,500 attendees in a theater style setting, or 1,500 at round tables.

Our well-appointed event center accommodates any lunch meetings, dinners, educational workshops, seminars, trade shows, graduations, weddings, receptions, parties or any other special events. However, due to the size of our facility, we typically don’t bid on events with fewer than 450 guests on a Saturday night.

We are versatile: we can easily divide our large party space into the Cypress Ballroom and the Magnolia Ballroom. If more breakout space is required, the Magnolia Ballroom can actually be divided again to create two additional smaller ballroom areas. The Lakeview Ballroom and Outdoor Patio are also available to accommodate even more guests.

As a preferred meeting venue, Bayou City Event Center has the most current, state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. A/V equipment includes:

Built-in, 6500 lumen projectors with 18 X 14 foot projector screens

Wireless microphones and an in-house audio system

Podiums and staging
